High Strength Medium Conductivity Copper-Nickel-Silicon Strips
The high-strength mid-conductivity copper-nickel-silicon strips developed by Boway Alloy have good cold processing, electroplating, and hot-dip galvanizing performance. They are suitable for soft soldering and gas shielded welding. For high yield strength (yield strength at 780MPa in TM06, 40%IACS or more conductive), it has excellent fatigue resistance and bending performance, so it is mainly used in large-scale integrated circuits and other fields, such as electrical parts, punching parts, connectors, connectors, relay spring and semiconductor parts.
