Guessing Lantern Riddles and Welcoming the Mid-Autumn Festival
As one of the traditional Chinese festivals, the Mid-Autumn Festival is not only a day for family reunion, but also a time for national celebration. As the festive season is approaching, the "Warm Home" party members and volunteers, after good preparations in the early stage, held an event themed "guessing lantern riddles and welcoming the Mid-autumn Festival" in the three dormitory areas on September 16.
The event was full of festivity, with ingenious and varied lantern riddles attracting many people. Some of them gathered together for a lively discussion, some frowned slightly and pondered carefully, while those who guessed correctly smiled after receiving the prizes, and those who guessed wrong made persistent efforts. In more than an hour, almost all the riddles were solved one by one. After the event, some people were still immersed in the joy of guessing the riddles. Through this activity, employees can better feel the influence of traditional culture, entertain their mind, and add an interesting touch to the festivity.
Boway Organizes "Winning in Execution" Training
On August 28, 2019, according to the "reservoir" cultivation plan, to improve the managing capability of the "reservoir management cadres", ensure the grasp of the management skills to ensure organizational execution and thus create a more executive elite team, Vice President Zheng Xiaofeng was specially invited as a guest speaker to share the course of "Winning in Execution" for everyone. A total of 59 "reservoir" employees participated in the training and have grouped discussion by division/functional center.
The training content focuses on what is the executive force, the performance of poor executive force, factors that affect execution, how to create individual/team execution and how to check the execution of subordinates. Through actual cases and in-depth stories, Zheng shared the perception of reading Selected Works of Mao Zedong, and especially emphasized that executive force lies in details, just as Lao Tzu said, "In tackling difficult problems it is necessary to start with the easier ones, and the world in the event it is necessary to fine".
The First Employee Representative Conference of Boway for 2019 Successfully Held
On June 29, 2019, the first employee representative symposium of Boway in 2019 was held in the training room on the second floor of the headquarters. The 56 employees elected by the differential vote of all staff jointly offered suggestions for Boway's management, skills training and employee caring.
