Application Scenarios

Vapor Chamber

  • Boway's heat dissipation material meets the needs of ultra-thin VCs, solves the problem of warping after etching, is more flat, has a larger heat dissipation area than the heat pipe and accelerates the heat dissipation.
  • The material has excellent conductivity, thermal conductivity and welding performance. It performs more reliable and durable under complex high-temperature and long-term working conditions. It solves the heat dissipation problem of 5G terminal due to the high integration of internal components, high capacity and high-speed signal transmission, improves the user experience.

Shielding Case

  • Boway shielding materials have excellent deep-stamping processing performance and ductility, good moldability and weldability as well as good corrosion resistance and electromagnetic interference resistance. It solves the signal disturbance problem among parts of 5G mobile phones and avoids the radiation of electromagnetic waves to the human body.

Grounding Shrapnel

  • It's a beryllium-free high-strength and high-elasticity environment-friendly copper alloy independently developed by Boway. The alloy has high yield strength ≥950MPa, good bending performance (BW R/T ≤1 at 90°), good fatigue resistance performance.
  • It can satisfy the punch forming of grounding shrapnel. Its mechanical durability and long-term contact reliability solves the static safety problem of 5G mobile phone.

Type C

  • boway 18160, a high-conductivity alloy material developed by Boway Alloy, has a conductive rate of 85% or more while maintaining the hardness of more than 160HV to ensure the rapid and stable transmission of large currents.
  • boway 70318, a high-strength and mid-conductivity alloy, has high yield strength, good thermal stress relaxation resistance and high-temperature softening resistance performance, which ensure the close contact with male and female terminals and reduce the resistance. Maintain a lower temperature rise and meet the safety of use.

Server Base Station

  • It is a high-conductivity material of Boway, with conductivity higher than 40%IACS. Its tensile strength can reach 720MPa. With good stress resistance capacity and formability, it can effectively reduce the signal loss of connectors and meet the application requirements of large current and fast transmission.
