The high-conductivity and high-temperature-resistant boway 19026 (patent for invention: ZL201810939276.4), copper-nickel-tin alloy, boway 15100 copper-zirconium alloy materials developed by boway are applied to electric connectors and other key components of smart cars, solving such problems of smart car as sensitive computing, intelligent control, low-voltage to high-voltage electrical high transmission.
The developed high-strength and high-conductivity alloys such as copper-iron-phosphorus alloy boway 19400 and boway 70250 have excellent high-temperature softening resistance. They are used to the core components of semiconductors, feature small size, light weight, less outgoing lines and welding points and long service life, facilitate the small space of high computing power of chips, and provide customized solutions for customers.
